£60-£62.5K – part-time 4 days a week (so £48K-50K for the 4 days) + 38 days holiday which includes Bank Holidays (pro rata), plus private health insurance and pension. We’re seeking a Senior Account Director or Associate Director who can work closely with the founder of this boutique tech B2B agency.
Located in London (3 days a week), in superb offices, they now seek a senior lead who can assist with the development and recruitment of the growing team, plus be part of the new business pitches and work closely with a superb founder.
You’ll work with a variety of well-known tech B2B, telecommunications and other B2B clients. Currently a small team of 3-4 consultants, you will report to the Founder but the idea is to grow the team as soon as possible (currently also seeking an Account Executive), so there will be a visible career path as the agency structure develops. They are a small team so at the beginning this will be a hands-on role, and you must be able to still do the high-end strategic whilst also working with the team on campaigns.
You will have:
- Strong experience in the technology B2B sector.
- Extensive experience in direct client liaison, developing strong working relationships, and effective commercial management.
- Proven experience in pitching for and winning new business, identifying and converting organic opportunities within existing clients.
- Demonstrable experience of creating and developing client strategies and creatives and overseeing their successful execution.
- A firm understanding of agency financial systems and the impact they have on revenues and agency profitability.

They will offer a base of £48-£50K for a 4-day week, plus 38 days holiday (including bank holidays), 9-5.30 hours, 3 days office and 1 day home, plus private health and pension.
