We’re seeking a PR Account Manager for a purpose-driven comms and PR agency that are on a mission to help not-for-profit organisations communicate with impact. From global NGOs to ambitious start-ups, they partner with clients who have a story worth telling and a cause worth championing.

The Agency has over 15 years of expertise in the Christian faith and charity sector, and they have seen significant growth as more organisations look to inspire engagement and action through powerful communications. As a team, they take the time to understand their clients’ visions and create strategic, tailored PR solutions to move them forward. They are now a team of circa 25 and growing, which means lots of opportunities for you and your career.

The Role involves being at the heart of client relationships, leading the implementation of PR and Communications strategies. You’ll work closely with Account Executives while being guided by Account Directors, making you the linchpin of account success.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, understanding their needs and delivering results.
  • Develop and execute PR campaigns that resonate with audiences and inspire action.
  • Adapt communication strategies to fit the unique culture and language of each client.
  • Drive media engagement and increase coverage through well-crafted stories.
  • Work on purpose driven accounts and for clients that are driving change in the world, and making an impact on societies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven PR experience, ideally within the NGO, charity, or faith sector.
  • A strategic thinker who can translate client visions into compelling communication plans.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Adaptability and a keen understanding of different client cultures and priorities.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and media engagement skills.
