BLACKPOOL, UK. August 5th 2025 – Lite Jam is a new way to learn or improve guitar using LED smart technology with a free App to light selected embedded LEDs in the fretboard. The Lite Jam LED Smart Guitar pre-launch reservations are now live on Kickstarter for just $1.
Features include 150 flush-fitted LED fretboard lights that indicate where players should place their fingers.
Re-chargeable LED’s: One hour provides five hours run-time via a front-mounted USB C charging port.
The App is free and always will be! Offering an ever growing library of exercises, jam tracks, and performance effects. Download the App (Apple or Android), via Bluetooth.
Choose from 4 operation modes: (More functions will be added over time.)
Chord Mode: LED’s are finger specific: Red = 1st finger, Green = 2nd finger, Blue = 3rd finger, Yellow = 4th finger. White = play the string open. No light = don’t play that string. 10 Chord types per key. Custom chord presets, progressions, and arpeggios are also available.
Scale Mode: Select any key. Red lights are root notes and Blue lights are viable notes in that scale type / key. 22 Scale types. Chromatic scale practice is also available with adjustable metronome.
Perform Mode: Choose from a series of programmable patterns to create a wide range of fretboard lighting effects for live use. Reactive ‘sound-to-light’ LED lighting follows the beat.
Tuner Mode: Chromatic tuning functionality that utilizes the fretboard lights to tune the guitar.
Lite Jam is ideal for learners, songwriters, content creators, semi-professional performers and educators / music tutors, saving lots of prep time.
Learn with ease as a beginner. Or, advanced players stuck in a ‘blues scale’ rut, can extend their soloing or song writing repertoire. Never taking eyes off the fretboard. Far Easier than looking back and forth at a screen.
