Location: Office based in Ringwood

Hours: 4 on 4 off, 20:00 - 07:15

Salary: £12.21 per hour + £1.50 per hour night allowance

Do you want a role where you can make a difference? We are currently recruiting for a full-time Call Operator to join our night shift team operating between 8pm - 7:15am.

What You'll Be Doing as a Call Operator

  • Answering incoming calls from Residents, responding to situations including emergencies, fire alarms, and security entry calls.
  • Accurately logging each call and inputting information into our CRM call handling platform.
  • Being an integral part of a supportive team that provides the best possible experience for Residents.

What We Are Looking For

  • Customer service experience from call centres, retail, hospitality, or the care sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, motivation, reliability, resilience, flexibility, calmness in crises, and problem-solving abilities.
  • An empathetic approach.
  • Good standard of English and ability to enter data accurately into systems.
