Do you want a role where you can make a difference? We are currently recruiting for a full-time Call Operator to join our night shift team operating between 8pm - 7:15am.
What You'll Be Doing as a Call Operator
- Answering incoming calls from Residents, responding to situations including emergencies, fire alarms, and security entry calls.
- Accurately logging each call and inputting information into our CRM call handling platform.
- Being an integral part of a supportive team that provides the best possible experience for Residents.
What We Are Looking For
- Customer service experience from call centres, retail, hospitality, or the care sector.
- Excellent communication skills, motivation, reliability, resilience, flexibility, calmness in crises, and problem-solving abilities.
- An empathetic approach.
- Good standard of English and ability to enter data accurately into systems.
