Due to our continued growth, we are currently seeking to recruit full time Aftercare Parts Co-ordinator to join our busy Aftercare & Service team.
Key responsibilities:- Source & purchase parts in line with quality and budgetary guidelines.
- Monitor and control stock levels to ensure our Mobile Service Engineers have a constant supply.
- Update internal and external customers on progress of parts supply.
- Accurately check in deliveries against order lists, ensuring correct parts and quantities.
- Prepare and process dispatch paperwork including progress sheets, picking lists and delivery notes.
- Keep information accurate and up-to-date on our in-house systems.
- Manage courier relationships to ensure best service possible.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, customers and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
