Due to our continued growth, we are currently seeking to recruit a full-time Parts Coordinator to join our busy Aftercare & Service team.
Key responsibilities:
- Source & purchase parts in line with quality and budgetary guidelines.
- Monitor and control stock levels to ensure our Mobile Service Engineers have a constant supply.
- Update internal and external customers on the progress of parts supply.
- Accurately check in deliveries against order lists, ensuring correct parts and quantities.
- Prepare and process dispatch paperwork including progress sheets, picking lists and delivery notes.
- Keep information accurate and up-to-date on our in-house systems.
- Manage courier relationships to ensure the best service possible.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, customers and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform regular inventory audits.
The Candidate:
- Experience in a similar role is essential.
- Ability to work on own initiative with a minimum of supervision.
- Proven ability to work within a fast-paced, evolving and demanding environment.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
