Due to our continued growth, we are currently seeking to recruit full time Aftercare Parts Co-ordinator to join our busy Aftercare & Service team.

Key responsibilities

  • Source & purchase parts in line with quality and budgetary guidelines.
  • Monitor and control stock levels to ensure our Mobile Service Engineers have a constant supply.
  • Update internal and external customers on progress of parts supply.
  • Accurately check in deliveries against order lists, ensuring correct parts and quantities.
  • Prepare and process dispatch paperwork including progress sheets, picking lists and delivery notes.
  • Keep information accurate and up-to-date on our in-house systems.
  • Manage courier relationships to ensure best service possible.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, customers and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform regular inventory audits.

  • Experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Ability to work on own initiative with a minimum of supervision.
  • Proven ability to work within a fast paced, evolving and demanding environment.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
