The Purpose
PPRO is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Payment Partnerships Manager, to join our Global Payment Partnerships team. In this role, you will manage and grow some of our most important payment partnerships worldwide, helping shape the future of PPRO's global payment network. As a senior member of the team, you will own key partner relationships, lead highâimpact initiatives, and collaborate crossâfunctionally to unlock commercial value and longâterm growth. You will also support strategic projects across regions, engage in complex commercial negotiations, and help foster a highâperforming, collaborative team culture.
What youâll do
- Manage and grow global strategic partnerships with key payment providers, including local payment methods, card networks, acquirers, and financial institutions.
- Lead or support highâvalue negotiations, drive commercial alignment, and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes with partners.
- Collaborate closely with crossâfunctional teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, Legal, and Compliance to deliver partnershipâdriven initiatives.
- Identify and execute on commercial opportunities to expand revenue, improve performance, and optimise costs across the payment ecosystem.
- Represent PPRO in industry forums, regulatory discussions, and strategic partner meetings.
- Monitor partner and market performance, providing insights that inform strategic decisions and commercial planning.
- Contribute to global initiatives and knowledgeâsharing efforts that enhance PPRO's positioning and operational excellence.
