The Purpose: We are looking for a proactive, organized, and drive-driven Paralegal to join our dynamic Legal team. In this role, you will provide critical support across regulatory, commercial, and product/AI technology matters spanning LatAm, APAC, and EMEA. This role serves as the operational engine of our legal function—helping us streamline processes, manage contract data, track budgets, and navigate complex international payments regulations as PPRO scales. You’ll join a collaborative, supportive 14-person team with high exposure to complex international projects, giving you a strong foundation to build and accelerate your legal career.
What you'll be doing:
- Legal Operations & Contract Management
- Data Room Ownership: Build and maintain a centralized, clean contract, co sec and wider legal data room to ensure alignment across systems.
- Budget & Invoice Management: Act as a trusted owner for external legal spend—reviewing law firm invoices against original quotes and tracking team budget adherence.
