The Purpose: As we accelerate toward our goal of 3x growth by 2028, we are seeking an Associate Brand Marketing Director that will 10x our brand. This role is a strategic cornerstone within the marketing team, specifically tasked with making the PPRO brand synonymous with local payments globally while spearheading our brand awareness and consideration for the high-growth LATAM region. You will lead the creation of a powerful ‘pull’ strategy designed to engage key audiences and establish PPRO as the trusted authority for global PSPs and merchants.
What you’ll be doing:
- Global brand narrative, thought leadership & influence: Lead the evolution of the PPRO brand from its EMEA heritage to a globally recognised leader in local payments. You will define and execute a brand strategy that brings our mission, vision, and values to life while strengthening our visibility and influence across the global payments ecosystem.
- LATAM market development: Own the strategic narrative for our LATAM growth initiative, driving category leadership, brand awareness, and consideration across key trade corridors through high-impact, creative marketing programmes and activations.
- Strategic positioning: Strengthen and refine PPRO’s market positioning by clearly articulating our unique value proposition.
- Team leadership & development: Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing strategic direction and oversight across content production and communications.
- Partner marketing and enablement: Drive brand visibility and market momentum through strategic partner collaboration.
- Connecting brand equity to performance and volume growth: Ensure brand-building initiatives contribute directly to commercial outcomes.
