PPRO is seeking an Associate Director, Customer Success to lead a global team ensuring smooth operations on our payments platform. Based in London, you will bridge regional client needs with our technical and commercial teams, owning escalation management, data governance, and strategic initiatives.

You will mentor CSMs, manage a portfolio across EMEA/APAC/US, and drive process automation while championing client outcomes and cross-functional alignment.
