PPRO is a fintech scale‑up focused on simplifying local payment methods for global commerce. We are looking for a Sales Executive to expand our footprint across the UK and Europe, targeting enterprise merchants and PSPs.

Purpose
Play a pivotal role in our growth story by sourcing leads, building relationships, and converting opportunities within the enterprise merchant space.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle: Identify, prospect, and close new mid‑market merchant contracts in the UK & European markets, focusing on local payment solutions.
  • Actively generate and qualify leads, building a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Build strategic relationships with key influencers and decision makers, including C‑level executives.
  • Deliver consistent revenue against new business goals, driving product adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Client Success, and Marketing for client onboarding and training.
  • Develop comprehensive customer plans for efficient transition of accounts to the Account Management teams post‑sale.
  • Continuously deepen your understanding of the UK & European payments landscape and position local payment solutions strategically.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience in payments or fintech, with a record of closing deals.
  • Strong understanding of the FinTech payments ecosystem, especially local payment methods.
  • Results‑driven mindset with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Commercial and analytical acumen, leveraging data to drive actions.
  • Strong ownership skills, independently managing pipeline and productivity.
  • Exceptional influencing skills, engaging diverse stakeholders, including technical and C‑level.
  • Fluent in English; excellent written and verbal communication. Additional European languages considered an advantage.
