Contract role – Multi Disciplinary Team
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Adult's Senior Social Worker in East London. This is to work in a Multi Disciplinary Team to provide professional leadership, support an integrated multidisciplinary team, and help drive high-quality, person-centred practice across our service.
The role involves:
- Supporting the Team Manager
- Offering expert guidance on complex cases
- Leading on safeguarding matters
- Supervising staff
- Ensuring robust compliance with statutory duties including the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act
