Pay rate to £34 per hour. Contract role.
You need to have experience in a similar role in a Local Authority Housing department.
Responsibilities
- Arrange and manage placements into TA and PRS accommodation
- Ensure properties meet required standards and compliance
- Carry out inspections and monitor housing conditions
- Support the management of voids, re‑lets and move‑on activity
- Work with landlords, agents and providers to maintain supply
- Manage tenancy and licence arrangements and resolve housing issues
- Provide advice and support to residents to sustain accommodation
