Pertemps are working with a Local Authority in the West Midlands to recruit a Strengthening Families Delivery Manager.
About the Role
As a Strengthening Families Delivery Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage a staff team delivering early intervention and family support services.
- Hold and manage a caseload, including complex and higher risk cases.
- Ensure strong, effective casework that improves independence, wellbeing, and safety for children and families.
- Support the Strengthening Families Partnerships Manager, acting in their absence where required.
- Contribute to the strategic and operational development of Strengthening Families Hubs.
Essential Qualifications Experience
- A degree relevant to working with children and young people.
- Safeguarding training to Level 3 or higher.
- Experience within Early Intervention Prevention.
- Proven ability to deliver impactful services with measurable outcomes.
- Experience supervising staff and supporting their development.
- Knowledge of safeguarding, collaborative casework, and the Team Around the Family process.
