?? Pertemps are recruiting for adult Social Workers to join a Neighbourhood Team! ??Are you passionate about empowering adults to live independently and with dignity in their local communities? We're looking for a committed Adult Neighbourhood Social Worker to join our team and make a lasting impact.?? Location: North West London ?? Contract Type: Permanent ?? Salary: £41,097 – £49,119? What You’ll Be Doing:

  • To present complex information and chair meetings relating to individuals held on caseload.
  • Manage complex and high-risk cases.
  • To present cases to the Risk Enablement Panel and execute recommended actions.
  • To act as a Safeguarding Enquiry Officer in the progression of section 42(2) safeguarding investigations.

  • Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
  • Experience working in adult social care or community-based services
  • Knowledge of legislation and frameworks including the Care Act, MCA, and safeguarding procedures
  • Excellent communication and partnership-building skills
