?? Pertemps are recruiting for adult Social Workers to join a Neighbourhood Team! ??Are you passionate about empowering adults to live independently and with dignity in their local communities? We're looking for a committed Adult Neighbourhood Social Worker to join our team and make a lasting impact.?? Location: North West London ?? Contract Type: Permanent ?? Salary: £41,097 – £49,119? What You’ll Be Doing:
- To present complex information and chair meetings relating to individuals held on caseload.
- Manage complex and high-risk cases.
- To present cases to the Risk Enablement Panel and execute recommended actions.
- To act as a Safeguarding Enquiry Officer in the progression of section 42(2) safeguarding investigations.

- Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
- Experience working in adult social care or community-based services
- Knowledge of legislation and frameworks including the Care Act, MCA, and safeguarding procedures
- Excellent communication and partnership-building skills
- Passion for driving meaningful change in local communities
