Job Description

Pertemps Social Care is a recruiting on behalf of Middlesbrough Borough Council for a social worker within their Children Looked After Team.You will be responsible for maintaining caseloads, conducting assessments, creating and implementing care plans, and providing support to children in care. The role involves regular interactions with children, families, and other professionals to ensure the welfare and development of children. Administrative tasks such as record maintenance, report writing, and compliance with regulatory requirements are also involved.Qualifications

  • Proficiency in conducting assessments, creating care plans, and case management
