Job Description
- Manage a varied and complex caseload, including cases in court proceedings.
- Complete high-quality assessments including parenting and viability assessments.
- Prepare robust reports such as CPRs, Annex A, and final evidence that can stand up to scrutiny.
- Undertake direct work with children and families to assess risk, identify needs, and implement effective care plans.
- Collaborate with health, education, police, and other agencies to ensure coordinated and holistic care.
- Contribute to permanency planning and ensure children’s long-term outcomes are prioritised.
- Participate in monthly individual supervision and group reflective practice sessions.

- Social Work England registration and a recognised Social Work qualification.
- 4+ years’ post-qualifying experience in statutory children’s services.
