Job Description
- Building strong, meaningful relationships with children and their families
- Leading on assessments and creating tailored care plans

- A Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England
- Minimum of 4 years post-qualified experience
- Strong knowledge of child protection, legislation, and statutory responsibilities
- A collaborative, creative and proactive approach to working with children and families
- Excellent communication, mediation, and negotiation skills
- Experience working within a multi-disciplinary or interagency environment

- A recognised Social Work qualification (SW, CSS, DipSW or equivalent)
- Experience working with looked-after children or within statutory children’s services
