About the RoleIn this role, you will:
  • Carry a varied caseload of adults with complex needs
  • Complete Care Act assessments and risk assessments
  • Develop person-centred care and support plans
  • Carry out safeguarding investigations and capacity assessments (MCA)
  • Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing through tailored interventions
  • Work collaboratively across agencies to prevent escalation and reduce harm
  • Provide guidance to less experienced staff and support student development

You’ll be working in line with key legislation such as the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and Human Rights Act, always promoting best practice and maintaining a focus on the individual.?? About YouWe’re looking for a social worker who is:

  • A Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England
  • Experienced (2+ years) in Adult Social Care, ideally within older people’s services
  • Skilled in assessments, safeguarding, and multi-agency working
