Qualified Social Worker, £41ph, Court Team, Wrexham Role Overview: Pertemps are seeking a skilled and experienced Social Worker to join the dedicated Court team in Wrexham. The role involves managing an allocated caseload of varying complexity, including high-risk cases, and working to safeguard and promote the welfare of both adults and children at risk. Key Responsibilities: Handle cases involving child protection, care & support, deprivation of liberty, court action, and school attendance. Provide support to adults, children, and their families and carers, ensuring effective decision-making and risk management. Conduct assessments, develop care and support plans, and design other relevant plans such as education plans. Coordinate external support provisions within allocated budget parameters and in partnership with relevant services.
