Contract role, Community Team
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Adult’s Social Worker in Portsmouth. This is to work in a Community Team, and you will be required to undertake Care Act assessments, Mental Capacity assessments, implement and review care packages and care home placements. Confidence in working with a strengths based approach to practice would be an advantage.
There is plenty of hybrid working available.
