Contract role, Transitions Team
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Adult’s Social Work Team Manager in West London. This is to manage a Transitions Team, working with disabled young people preparing for adult life. To make sure the move from Children’s Social Care to Adult Social Care is as smooth as possible. There is plenty of hybrid working available.
