Pertemps are recruiting for experienced Adult’s Social Workers in Norfolk. This is to work in an Older People and Physical Disability team in the King’s Lynn area.
The role involves managing a varied community caseload, including complex situations, safeguarding enquiries, Mental Capacity Act assessments, and Care Act responsibilities. You will contribute to timely, proportionate assessments and outcome focused planning, ensuring that people receive the right support at the right time.
