Contract role, Community Team
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Adult’s Social Worker in Portsmouth. This is to work in a Community Team. The social worker will have an allocated caseload predominately of older persons and physical disabilities. They will be required to undertake care act assessments, Mental Capacity assessments, support plans and reviews.
A laptop and mobile phone will be given and they will also have access to the AI tool Magic Notes. A good induction will be offered. Flexible working can be considered. There is plenty of hybrid working available.
