Pattern: Full-time, remote-based We are currently recruiting for an experienced EHC Coordinator to join Hertfordshire’s SEND service.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled SEND professional with strong EHCP casework experience to manage a varied caseload and support the delivery of statutory EHC processes.
Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of EHC needs assessments, annual reviews and amendments .
Coordinate advice and information from education, health and social care professionals.
Draft, review and amend Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) in line with the SEND Code of Practice.
Ensure all statutory processes and timescales are met.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive case records.
Act as the main point of contact for families, schools and partner agencies.
Liaise effectively with a range of professionals to ensure appropriate provision is identified and delivered.
Attend and contribute to multi-agency meetings as required.
Manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
