Children’s Social Workers, Assessment Teams, Hertfordshire Pay rate £39 per hour Contract roles – Assessments Teams, County Wide Pertemps are recruiting for experienced Children’s Social Workers in Hertfordshire.
There is to work in Assessments Teams across the County, including East Hertfordshire Welwyn Hatfield Broxbourne Assessment team Case holding - Around 18 cases Undertaking C+F assessments, Care planning, presenting cases at strategy meeting/CIN meeting/CP conference and LPM.
Completing risk assessments Wishes and feelings work with children Assessment visits to families UASC initial processes (C+F to initial looked after review) Responding to duty tasks Information gathering from multi agency partners to inform assessment Lone working Preparing meeting reports and minutes of meetings Gathering parent and child feedback Please get in touch for more information.
