We are seeking an experienced SEND Transformation Lead to drive and embed transformational change across SEND services, with a key focus on stabilising and improving newly restructured Statutory SEND Teams. This is a high-impact role requiring strong operational leadership and change management expertise. You will ensure new structures, processes, and ways of working are effectively implemented and embedded, delivering sustainable improvements in performance, service quality, and outcomes for children and young people with SEND. Alongside the statutory restructure, you will also support wider SEND transformation initiatives in response to evolving service priorities.
