Contract role, Care Act Assessments
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Adult’s Social Worker in Buckinghamshire. This is to work within Section 9 and 10 of the Care Act.
You will need to:
- Demonstrate a sound knowledge base of the Care Act, Safeguarding and other relevant Adult Social Care legislation and how it applies in practice
- Demonstrate a technical ability to effectively apply the Care Act criteria in practice and undertake robust assessments of need, Mental Capacity Assessments (where applicable) and person-centred Care and Support Planning
