Adult's Social Worker, Community Team, South London Pay rate to £32 per hour Contract role, Community Team Pertemps are recruiting for experienced Adult's Social Worker in South London This is to work in a Community Team The main purpose of the job is to carryout out  care act assessments , mental capacity assessments  ,  Safeguarding  enquiries   attend  MDTs and Best interest meetings . There is plenty of hybrid working available. Please get in touch for more information. This is an agency post and Pertemps can offer you:-
