Contract role, Adult MASH / Safeguarding Team
Pertemps are recruiting for experienced Adult's Social Worker in Swindon. This is to work in an Adult MASH / Safeguarding Team.
You will be an experienced Social Worker with 3 plus years of post qualifying experience in adult safeguarding/adult MASH. You will have experience in case management, gathering evidence, assessing risk and making decisions for adults who have the need for protection. You will have a good understanding of and ability to apply the adult safeguarding legislation and principles.
You will be confident in chairing multiagency meetings with partner agencies, putting a team around the person to create a risk management and reduction plan. There is plenty of hybrid working available.
