Job Description

Adult’s Social Work Assistant, Triage and Front Door Team, Nottingham Pay rate £19.10 per hour Contract roles – Social Care Officer Pertemps are recruiting for experienced Adult’s Social Care Officer in Nottingham. You will need experience in a similar role, and be familiar with Social Services structure. You will be responsible for triaging, co-ordinating and providing information and advice to citizens and professionals over the phone and in response to our on-line referral process.  This is to enable decision making and risk management on behalf of citizens requesting access to Adult Social Care.  HSCOs support citizens and professionals to navigate through to the right services based on a telephone assessment of their needs. There is plenty of hybrid working available. Please get in touch for more information. This is an agency post and Pertemps can offer you:-
