Contract role, Integrated Discharge Team
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Adult’s Social Worker in South Yorkshire. This is to work in an Integrated Discharge Team at Rotherham Hospital. Experienced Social Worker needed to work in an Integrated Discharge Team at Rotherham Hospital. The position is office based Monday-Friday.
This is a fast paced environment supporting timely and safe discharges from hospital on various pathways. Experience of MCA and working in best interest is essential. Work will involve some Safeguarding Adults, supporting A&E and some support to mental health wards.
