Contract role, Care Management
Pertemps are recruiting for experienced Care Manager for a Local Authority in North London. This is to work in an Adult Social Work Team.
You will need to have experience in financial assessments for care packages in a Local Authority setting. Experience of Mosaic required. Experience of Abacus strongly desired. This role may also suit a Newly Qualified Social Worker with experience within Adult Services. There is plenty of hybrid working available.
