Adult Social WorkerLocation:  Greater ManchesterRate; £30 per hourPertemps social care are supporting the Greater Manchester Local authorities by recruiting experienced social workers to join their Adult Social Care teams. The roles will require you to have a working and professional understanding of the following:

• Discharge to assessment
• Community
• Learning Disabilities

Roles include:

• Assessing needs
• Safeguarding
• Care planning
• Collaboration
• Crisis intervention

You will be working in fast paced teams environment and be committed to improving the care of vulnerable adults.  You will need to be able to work well in a team setting and have excellent interpersonal and written skills.The successful applicant will have a background of working in a similar settings. Do these sound like roles for you?
