Children’s Social Worker – Children looked after
Location: Southend
Salary: £40,444 – £46,579 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week
Working Arrangements: Hybrid working is available, but they must be on site minimum 2 days a week
Contract: Permanent
Pertemps Social Care are currently recruiting for a Children’s Social Worker to join a Children looked after team in Southend on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience working within Children’s Social Care
- Experience in Child Protection (CP)
- Experience working with Looked After Children (LAC)
- Experience within Assessment & Intervention (A&I)
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Relevant Social Work qualification and registration with Social Work England
About You:
- Qualified Social Worker with a recognised Social Work qualification.
- Must be registered with SWE and have completed their ASYE.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Must be a driver and have CP, LAC, A&I experience.
