Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Adult’s Social Worker in North Wales
- We currently have a vacancy for a Social Worker to work in our Older People & Hospital Social Work Services.
- The suitable candidate will be expected to deliver a high quality social work service to older people who are deemed vulnerable or needing support due. You will need to work with the citizen, carers and families to provide support and to develop resilience and independence, ensuring that the citizen, families and carers are at the centre of decision making about their lives and the outcomes that they want to achieve.
- The assignment is for 37HPW, Monday – Friday. There is an expectation that candidate lives locally or with in a commutable distance as the position is located in Conwy County. The worker will work from the office – Plas Menai, Llanfairfechan. The assignment is expected to last approximately 12 weeks with potential to be extended.
