This is an exciting opportunity to manage a caseload of children aged 0β14 with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). You will be responsible for coordinating annual reviews, consultations, and placement decisions, ensuring children receive the appropriate educational provision and support in line with the SEND Code of Practice. Working closely with families, education settings, health professionals, and partner agencies, you will ensure that each child's needs are accurately identified and that all decisions are person-centred, evidence-based, and legally compliant.
