Team Manager - Families First
Up to £45.50 per hr
Team Manager required to support Experienced Social Workers required to join CCC's Families First. The worker will work with children and families as part of a multi-disciplinary model, completing assessments and plans, undertaking direct work and managing safeguarding and risk. The role will include court work and care proceedings, including preparing high-quality assessments, statements and reports for court, working to court timescales and attending court where required. The Social Worker will work closely with children, families, their wider networks and partner agencies, with a focus on relationship-based practice, improving outcomes for children and supporting families to make sustainable changes.
