Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Adult’s Social Work Team Manager in West London
This is to manage a Community Mental Health Team
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage Community Mental Health Locality Teams within Adult Social Care.
Ensure compliance with the Care Act, Mental Health Act, Mental Capacity Act and associated legislation.
Manage service performance against key performance indicators, quality standards and financial targets.
Oversee a specialist dual diagnosis function supporting adults with complex mental health and substance misuse needs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with NHS partners, voluntary sector organisations and other stakeholders.
Provide professional leadership, supervision and support to social workers and multidisciplinary staff.
Lead workforce development, recruitment, retention, performance management and succession planning.
Promote safeguarding, risk management and best practice across the service.
Support newly qualified social workers through the ASYE programme and mentor staff undertaking professional development pathways.
Participate in out-of-hours and on-call arrangements where required.
