Lead the Transformation of Care Through Technology
We’re seeking a proactive and strategic TECS Project and Partnership Manager to oversee the delivery of technology-enabled care services across Worcestershire. This role is central to our partnership with Worcestershire County Council and involves managing the implementation of assistive technology solutions that support independent living and integrated care.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the operational delivery of TEC services across the region.
- Manage supplier relationships and foster multi-agency collaboration.
- Oversee assessments, installations, and service outcomes to ensure person-centred care.
- Maintain internal systems and ensure data accuracy, database management, and compliance.
- Produce detailed performance reports aligned with KPIs and support remittance processes.
- Promote TEC services through stakeholder engagement, marketing, and service development.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in TEC provision.
Essential Requirements
- Proven ability to manage operations or programmes.
