PPM Recruitment is recruiting for a Multi Skilled Static Engineer (Mechanical & Electrical Bias) in Manchester.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for assisting in the repair, maintenance or installation of all plant, equipment, and systems associated with the premises.
- Emergency lighting
- AHU servicing and maintenance
- Fan coil service and maintenance
- Pump servicing
- Minor electrical works
- Water systems and distribution
- Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Statutory PPMs in line with SFG20
Experience & Skills
- Experience in related roles.
- Experience and qualifications working on various types of electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems.
- Experience with BEMS systems.
- Must be able to read schematic drawings.
Qualifications
- 18th Edition
- Recognised apprenticeships preferred
- Possess a recognised trade
- Must have a minimum of 5 years working with commercial electrical systems.
Monday to Friday – 40 hours a week.
