We're recruiting for an experienced Contract Manager to join a leading Social Housing Maintenance contractor in the North West. Focusing on carrying out a planned works schedule upgrade including fabric, fire alarm upgrades, kitchens and bathroom upgrades, and fire protection. This is a fantastic opportunity to take full ownership of a busy, high-performing contract - leading teams, driving service delivery, and making a real impact throughout the North West.
The Role
- Lead delivery of a customer-focused repairs and maintenance service
- Manage in-house teams and subcontractors
- Drive performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with all operational and CDM regulations
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Coach and develop your team
About You
- Proven experience in repairs & maintenance (social housing or FM preferred)
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and organisational ability
- Experience managing performance and KPIs
- Knowledge of CDM / Principal Contractor responsibilities
- Full UK driving licence
- CSCS Card
- HNC/HND in Construction or equivalent
