A leading and rapidly growing civils and groundworks contractor is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team, delivering a diverse portfolio of infrastructure and groundworks projects across the UK.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, the successful candidate will play a key role in the commercial delivery and financial performance of projects from pre-construction through to final account. You will be responsible for overseeing costs, maximising profitability, managing subcontractor accounts, and providing strategic commercial support to operational teams.
