A well-established and respected scaffolding contractor is seeking an experienced Estimator/Quantity Surveyor to join its growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a stable business known for its strong team culture, staff retention, and long-term career progression.

As Quantity Surveyor, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of multiple scaffolding and access projects from initial tender stage through to final account settlement. Working closely with operational, project management, and site teams, you will ensure projects are delivered efficiently, profitably, and in line with contractual requirements. You will play a key role in protecting commercial interests, managing project costs, maximising value, and supporting the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project costs from tender through to final account.
  • Prepare valuations, variations, and cost reports.
  • Monitor commercial performance across multiple projects.
  • Support contract administration and commercial strategy.
  • Build strong client relationships and identify commercial opportunities.
  • Work closely with operational teams to ensure profitable project delivery.
Requirements
  • Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within scaffolding, access, or a related construction sector.
