Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: Basildon, Essex Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Building team, working on a diverse portfolio of projects across Essex, London and the wider region. Projects typically range from 500k to 10m and include retail, healthcare, residential, education, refurbishment and commercial schemes, including works within live and occupied buildings. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven QS to take full ownership of projects from procurement through to final account, working closely with clients, Project Managers, consultants and subcontractors.
