We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established construction company seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to strengthen its commercial team in their Northampton office. The Role
You will be responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of projects from pre-construction through to final account, ensuring they are delivered profitably, on time and to the highest standards. Working closely with clients, consultants and operational teams, you will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships while supporting the successful delivery of high-quality construction projects.
Typical Projects
You will have the opportunity to work across a varied portfolio including: stadia, hospitality, gyms, offices, retail etc up to 30m.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing all commercial aspects of projects from tender through to final account.
- Preparing cost plans, estimates, budgets and financial forecasts.
- Procuring subcontractors and managing competitive tender processes.
- Administering contracts, valuations, variations and final accounts.
