The job duties and candidates are below and the jobs are working with one of the UK's largest Property Security, Maintenance and Management companies. This position will be covering the below areas: Loughborough, Burton on Trent, Tamworth, Atherstone, Coalville (the 2 x operatives would need to be local to each other).

Duties will include:

  • To drive the team van when required.
  • The installation and removal of steel doors, screens and Perma steel to both residential and commercial buildings.
  • All associated tasks as requested by the supervisor.
  • Cleaning and clearing vacant social housing properties, both the interior and exterior gardens after the tenant has vacated the property.
  • Remove any lounge, bedroom or kitchen furniture left behind.
  • Remove any other items left behind by tenant.
  • Remove all furniture, carpets, underlay, lino, curtains & blinds from customer properties.
  • Remove any old/damaged outbuildings/sheds from the garden.
  • Trim back hedges and grassed garden areas.
  • Remove any debris left in gardens/yards/driveways.
  • Deliver and retrieve security keys.
  • Remove needles, bodily fluids & other contaminated objects on occasions when needed.
  • To continually update the call centre during jobs where needed.

Extra Information:

Please note that some properties will be straightforward and some may be horrible and hard (this is the job). This position is mobile and will require you to travel in the vans with a team. Candidates must have a driving license and must be reliable and hard workers.

Please note that ALL inductions will take place in the Garretts Green, Birmingham area and you will need to be able to get there for the induction day. Candidates will not be supplied a van for the 13 probation period and you will be picked up and dropped off to home daily; after this period you may receive a van.
