As Contracts Manager, you will take responsibility for several live residential groundwork schemes simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget. You will oversee site teams, coordinate resources, and maintain close communication with clients and senior management throughout the project lifecycle.
Main Duties:- Manage multiple residential groundwork and civil engineering projects across the region.
- Monitor project programmes, budgets, and operational performance.
- Lead and support Site Managers and operational teams on active developments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Prepare regular operational and progress reports for senior leadership.
- Organise labour, plant, and material requirements to ensure smooth project delivery.
