Job Description:
PPM Recruitment is currently seeking a Multi Skilled Operative for contracts across Halifax, working on social housing.
The duties include:
- First and second fix plumbing
- Repairing or renewing ceiling and floor joists, stairs, studding, partition walls, T and G or sheet flooring
- Repairing or renewing doors, door casing, skirting, handrails, balustrades, pipe boards, and ducting panelling
- Patch plastering
- Installation of a shower tray
- Tiling walls
- Installation of bathroom suites including WC, WHB, and mixer showers
- Painting and decorating to a good standard
- Radiator installation including draining and refilling systems
The ideal candidate should be qualified in Joinery or Plumbing.
